Commenti : I wanted to wait for a full cycle to write a review for this strain, to give those browsing an in-depth report. GERMINATION: I planted two Strawberry Cough seeds along with two Dynamite Diesel, two Royal Runtz and two OG Kush. I have a homemade germination/clone box that includes a humidity dome. I spout the seeds directly in dirt and had a 100% success rate. I use a 42W LED "fluorescent" light for this stage. The Strawberry Cough blew through the seedling stage and was transplanted into 3Gal nursery pots. VEGETATIVE: This strain is VIGIOUROUS! I topped at the fifth node and utilized a healthy dose of LST with stakes to turn the ladies into MASSIVE bushes. Make sure you give them plenty of space and use large pots if growing in soil. The sixth week I transplanted into 7Gal pots. After eight total weeks of veg, I took these behemoths into the flower room, but not before cutting a few clones. I use both a 425W LED with a UVB bar, and a 1000W HPS in the 8ft x 12ft space. FLOWERING: There was little to no "stretch" associated with heavy sativas. The node spacing stayed close allowing me to forgo the net and rely on stakes and defoliation to achieve optimal growth. It took a full eleven weeks for them to reach maturity. Huge frosty PURPLE buds. Did I mention PURPLE buds dripping with trichomes? I never once noticed a fruity aroma; it is straight dank and spicy, honestly brings cumin to mind. The effect is heavy. It induces a pleasant haze behind your eyes while your thoughts float away like clouds over strawberry fields. Strawberry Cough is easy to clone, and the timing of my first run of this strain coincided with the ability to grow clones outside. I live in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY, a famous region in Cannabis lore. Ithaca is home to Cornell University and Cornell Cooperative Extension is based in Geneva. It is rumored that the PINK strain was a leak from there. While we are blessed with a micro-climate, it is always smart to plant clones outside, especially with such a long flowering period. As of June 30th, the clone (now in a 14Gal pot) is already one week into flower! I am absolutely stunned! I get to grow a tree Cali style!

Commenti : First grow, one plant. 185g dry plant was 18" tall. 6 week veg 9.5 week flower. I killed 4 others during seedling stage. I grew in 5 gal hydro with scrog net. I didn't top or chop, I bent the top of the plant down until flower to force equal energy through the plant, then kept it flat on the scrog net. Every single branch was a cola. Trichomes are super heavy. It's a heavy hitter.

Commenti : Wir haben 3 Samen von dieser Sorte gekauft. 2 davon sind gekeimt. Beide Pflanzen sind sehr schön gewachsen. Beide waren kompakt, haben aber sehr dicke Buds erzeugt. Einer meiner Lieblingssorten. Der Duft riecht himmlisch nach Erdbeere.

Commenti : I am growing one plant now. I bought 3 seeds to try out and started with all 3. Due to my own mistakes, 2 of them did not survive the seedling stage. The final one is about 9 weeks into flower right now and it looks great! I check the trichomes every 3 days to see when I can chop it down. Looking forward to it! For the person who asked about RH and Temp in seedling stage. RH- go for 70 or 75% , temp I was at 78-82 F- worked well for me. I use HP promix and grow all organically.

Commenti : I purchased 3 Strawberry Cough and 3 Watermelon and received 3 OG Kush seeds free. I started with 3 plants, one of each strain. All 3 grew, germinated first seed, and were pretty forgiving with all the mistakes I had made for a first grow. I'm pretty happy with the results and will be purchasing more seeds from QRS! Commenti : A couple tasted like I remember but most tasted better. Smelt and tasted like a famous powdered strawberry milk-shake. Buds were incredibly dense. Like stupid rock hard nugs, which was a pleasent surprise. As I remember it being a bit fluffy. Definitely a must for anyone of that era but also a super easy grow with an excellent, quality stash reward!

Commenti : I germinated 2 Strawberry Cough and 2 OG Kush on the same day. The Strawberry Cough is looking awesome about a foot tall and has huge leaves. Definitely growing faster than the OG.
